  • Before Project Initiation:
    If you cancel a service before any work has commenced, you may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the nature of the service.

  • After Project Initiation:
    If the project or service has already started, any cancellation will be subject to applicable charges for the work completed up to the point of cancellation. We reserve the right to deduct appropriate service fees from the refund.

  • Ongoing/Monthly Services:
    For recurring services such as SEO, digital marketing, or maintenance, cancellations must be submitted in writing at least 7 days prior to the next billing cycle. Services already rendered during the current cycle are non-refundable.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are issued only under the following conditions:

  • A clear service failure from our side, which has been validated through proper documentation and discussion.

  • Duplicate payments made in error.

  • Overcharges or billing mistakes that can be confirmed through our system.

Please note:
Refunds are not applicable under the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind or project direction after work has commenced.

  • Services purchased as part of a discounted package or promotional offer.

If your refund request is approved, we will process it within 7–10 business days through the original method of payment or an alternative agreed upon during the process.
